## FAQs

### Do plans auto-renew?

Yes. Each paid plan renews at the cadence shown until a workspace owner or admin cancels it. Cancellation is sent to the processor that owns the subscription and paid access continues through the current billing period.

### Can I choose a different term later?

Yes. Cancel the current subscription before its next renewal, then choose another term. Existing workspace data is preserved.

### What happens when my paid term ends?

Your workspace and existing content remain intact. When the paid period ends, the account returns to the free plan and purchased credit-pack balances remain available.

### What are credits?

Credits meter provider-backed work. The service reserves a hold before work begins, settles successful work, and releases failed work. The Usage page reads the append-only server ledger.

### Which external accounts can I connect?

X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, Gmail are the current connection catalog. Each remains disabled until its provider credentials and required permissions are configured.

### Which social channels can publish directly?

Instagram image posts, LinkedIn posts, and X posts are supported through their configured OAuth connections. Delivery receipts are stored, and provider metrics or engagement can be synchronized on demand where supported.

### Does content publish automatically?

A permitted user can publish explicitly or configure a schedule. When social approval was requested, the exact current revision must be approved first; approval never triggers publishing by itself.

### Can I manage multiple brands?

Secondary brand records can be managed, but supported generation flows use the workspace's active/default Brand Kit context rather than guaranteeing per-request selection. Use separate tenant-isolated workspaces when identities require a hard boundary.

### What happens when a provider fails?

The action remains failed, pending, or reconciliation-required; the UI never reports an unconfirmed external action as successful. Retrying uses durable idempotency controls.
